Mikko (Ollie 17-260)

Profile

Ollie came to RAGOM from a breeder. He needs to have another dog to help him feel confident, and a fenced yard. He will need a family that is ready for the challenges of a puppy (chewing, housetraining, mouthing, puppy energy!), and also one that loves to snuggle with their dogs.

Today Ollie was adopted by Angie E. and Jeff S, along with their 1 year old golden Max - his new name will be Mikko, after the famous MN Wild player Mikko Koivu! His life will be better than he ever could have imagined:  running and playing in his very own fenced-in yard, going to the cabin all summer to swim and explore, and being loved more than he can imagine by two people who consider dogs part of the family.  Ollie, my house is like a graveyard without my bouncy little energizer bunny bringing me shoes that you so proudly found in the mudroom, and two minutes later trying to play pounce on my cat - I miss you so much but it's all worth it knowing you are as happy as your little wiggly body could ever be!

Ollie came into RAGOM along with 28 other puppies from a breeding facility.  He had a slight respiratory infection and some intestinal organisms which had to be cleared up, but with wonderful vet care he has turned into a happy healthy puppy that is looking for a forever home.  In the meantime we're going to work on things like housetraining and basic commands, and spend a lot of time snuggling and learning that people are the best thing ever.  Ollie has taken quickly to snuugling and once he gets his wiggles out loves to come up on the couch or bed and melt onto you for a nap.  He's going to make someone a very lucky owner!
