Asher is an English Cream Golden Retriever who will be a wonderful addition to a family. He is very playful and enjoys the attention of a loving person. Asher has been social with everyone he has met so far. He enjoys playing with toys and is willing to share them with other dogs. He has not shown any resource guarding issues at this point.

He weighs 70 pounds, which is an ideal weight for him at this time. He is microchipped, neutered, heartworm negative, crate trained and has no separation anxiety. His birthday is June 10, 2017, so he may have some growing to do yet.

Asher is still a young puppy and tries to grab things that are near to him such as gloves, coat sleeves, sacks, dish towels, or shoes. He is learning what the command "drop it" means and he is willing to trade the item in his mouth for a tasty reward.

His foster family is also working with him on how to walk nicely without pulling on a leash. We are using a Gentle Leader and he is doing very well with it. He will require a family that is committed to training him as he is still a puppy.
