Luna is a purebred Golden Retriever who was born in RAGOM's care. Her mom came into RAGOM from a commercial breeder and soon after delivered six puppies. Luna is a puppy, so she bites, digs, jumps on people, chews on inappropriate items, is not house trained (but is doing great!), and pulls on the leash—while biting it and twisting around your legs. She will need lots of time, love, patience, socialization, and training to grow into the best family member she can be.

Luna found the perfect family and went home this morning. This sweet little girl will thrive in this home and have lots of playtime with her Golden sister, Bella.

Meet Luna, a 6-week-old Golden Retriever fostered in Excelsior!

Luna is a little fireball! She's feisty and playful, and her sweet face disguises the fact that she's probably hatching her next plan or scoping out hiding spots. She has two speeds: fast and crazy or asleep. Her foster mom is actually shocked that she managed to sit still long enough for these photos!

Luna will not be ready for adoption until the second week of January, but she is ready to begin looking for her forever home.
