Copper has been with me for about a week now and he is a very busy, energetic boy! Copper is a Golden mix estimated be about 2.5 years old and was sadly returned due to his surrendering owner's allergies. He enjoys being outside and playing fetch or just running around the yard burning off some energy. He will need a home with someone who is able to exercise him regularly.
Copper is house trained, knows basic commands and will even sit patiently and wait for dinner. He enjoys pleasing his humans and especially loves to cuddle and be close to you.
He does great in a car and loves to stick his head out the window. We were recently at the vet and he weighed in at 50lbs and received a clean bill of health.
Copper does play a little rough sometimes, so I think a family with older kids would be ideal. He has settled in nicely with our resident dog and they have enjoyed playing with each other.
