From: Heather Peterson - I remember meeting you about a year and a half ago when I worked at the pet boarding facility you were checked into. I loved walking you and cuddling you inside your kennel when I was supposed to be working. I wanted to adopt you as soon as I was financially ready but you were already pending adoption at that point. I miss you a lot but I am so so SO happy you found a forever home! You deserve one! :)

Happy spring everyone!!! I am doing well at my foster home although I do not like that I can not run around chasing bunnies and stuff. Foster mom says I am on "restrictions"....what ever that means. To me it means no running or long walks, just outside on leash to do my "business' and then back in the house. Foster mom says this is the price I have to pay in order to get rid of those nasty heart worms once and for all. So, now foster mom and I play lots of indoor games. She is teaching me the names of all my toys!!! She says I am very smart and a quick learner. Now she bought me this puzzle toy.....ha, ha, ha, I figured that one out in no time and now foster mom says she is returning it to the store and getting me a tougher one. Here are a couple of photos. I'll send more in a week or two as I have a special lunch visitor coming next weekend and I bet there will be some photos and I heard if I am a really good boy, maybe some new toys and treats!!!Oh, and thank you to my friend who decorated my page, yes "rescue matters". Thank you to everyone who has helped "rescue" me!!Woof, woof, until next time, Dillon.
Rescue matters....have a wonderful life, Dillon!!! Denise A
Hey everyone out there in RAGOM land, it's me Dillon. Did you notice my new shortened name? That's not all that is new, I am living in a new foster home as my first foster mom went to Arizona for the winter. I thought maybe I would go with her, but she told me it was warm there and I decided that I am a Minnesota guy so I packed my bags and moved in with another nice lady who wanted some company. My new foster mom took one look at me and said I was not "Dillinger" but "Dillon" and so another new chapter in my life started.I have to say, this is a good life. My foster mom is great (as was my other foster mom). I love to go for walks and behave well on leash. I love, love, love the fenced back yard and have snagged a bunny while out there. I was good and left it at the door so foster mom said that was very good as she did not want a bunny in the house. I have been on a few rides in the car and am relaxing more and more with that mode of travel. I've visited my vet and am doing well with my heart worm treatment. Foster mom likes to spoil me, see the nice new raised dishes she bought me?? I also get special treats when I take my medicine and she makes sure I eat my meals so I stay strong and healthy. She also buys me great things to chew on and play with. Ah, it's the good life I always dreamed about. Thank you to everyone who has helped me on my way to this new life. I know I am a very lucky boy!!Tail wags, your pal Dillon.
