Honey has adjusted so well to our home. She is learning what it means to walk on a leash, go potty outside, and which things are okay to chew on. Honey is learning basic commands and has "sit" and "down" almost perfected. She is highly treat-motivated and of course, a little impatient as puppies can be, but she is doing well. She provides us with so much to laugh at. I find her in the most interesting sleeping positions and she has the cutest "bark." She has 2 times a day we like to call "happy hour" in which she must play hard. She goes all out!! She gets along great with every dog she has met and she has even brought out the playful side of my resident Golden again!! She enjoys my children and has been to several soccer games and practices. She never runs from me and comes to her name...... I'm really enjoying this puppy. Everyone wants to know her breed and I have heard many people hypothesize. While she is an unknown mix of breeds when it comes down to it, after getting to know this dog, you won't care! She is adorable and I'm betting will be long, lean, and athletic. Right now, she is loyal, cuddly, funny, and eager to please. She is going to make a great dog for a very lucky family.

I would like to update on Honey's snapping that was noted by her previous foster. This foster had 3 puppies from the litter and Honey was definitely the leader of the pack. Since arriving to my home, she has not exhibited any "sassy" or "snapping" behaviors. She is completely opposite of that actually and has been submissive to my resident dog and very focused on human interaction instead of playing with my dog. She does not guard her food or growl and I think that previous behavior had to do with being in the litter. I would feel absolutely comfortable with her going to a home with children. I have a 10-year-old and an 11-year-old and she follows them like a shadow!! Of course, appropriate supervision should be taken with any child-animal interaction, but please don't be afraid to give her a chance if you have children. She very much enjoys them!

Honey is now fostered in Minneapolis. She arrived at my home after being separated from her sisters and she is getting along lovelily with my children and my resident Golden. She is a typical puppy and playing hard from the minute she was let in the yard! She is quite entertaining! Cute as a button with the most interesting markings! And ready for a forever family to love. She is 10 weeks old today and all her vet work has been done. She won't last long in foster care, so if you are ready to take on this great little girl, please let your placement advisor know soon!!

Hi, everyone! My name is Honey!! I am cute as a button, curious as a cat, and sassy!! I love to play with my sisters and am very curious. I get to run in the big yard now and it is so much fun.. Under the deck is the best part.....I can HIDE.
FM whistles and I come a running. I am a good eater and sleeper. I love my people too!! I got spayed last week!! Ouch, that hurt! For a minute and I am all better now and ready for my forever family to claim me.
FM says I have a little attitude - I do not like to be told what to do. :-( I will growl at you and get snippy when I am picked up! This does not happen all the time, but whoever wants to give me a forever home will need to be patient with me and teach me with love and give me positive guidance. Maybe I will grow out of it. FM just wanted me to tell you I was SASSY!!!!
I should not go to a home with children as FM is worried about me with the little ones, until we know if I will always be a little stinker or mellow with age.
Do you want a little princess!!! OH, pick ME!

The puppies are growing up strong and healthy; they are eating just great and sleeping all night!! They play with each other full steam......then they are sound asleep. Precious as can be, and they all are starting to come into some sweet personalities. I will fill you in on that later. I do not want to peg them as anything specific personality-wise, until I have had some more time with them. They run and play outside in the grass - see pictures.
They each deserve a FOREVER family and I am sure nobody will be disappointed with any of these little sweeties.
They just love my other foster puppy, Oracle, who is 9 months old, and follow her everywhere. At first, I think they thought she was their momma. But Oracle just hangs out with them and they bite and play with her and she is just so sweet with them.
Next Saturday, they get their last puppy vaccines and microchipped; the following week, they get spayed and neutered, and then they are ready for their families.
They are puppies - precious! Puppy kisses! Who is ready for some?
