As Quix's foster parents, we wanted to update you on his progress. Quix now knows a few basic commands, has great re-call in the yard and is totally comfortable with the feeding/exercise/sleeping routine at our house. He still whines a bit in his cage at first when we leave for work but realizes we will always come home for him. We have introduced him to our neighbors' children (ages 2-16) and he has been great with them all. Quix is one of the calmest, sweetest dogs we have ever fostered and is by far the smartest. We cannot believe that Quix has not been adopted already given his young age and all of his positive traits. Quix bonds with humans immediately and for his sake we want to get him into a "furever" home soon. Please call your placement advisor if you are interested in meeting Quix. You will not be disappointed-he will be your faithful companion and a great family dog. The photo is of Quix and our resident dog snuggling on their bed together.

Hi, it's me Quix. I wanted to give you an update on how I'm doing at my foster parents house. I've discovered the reason humans have two hands is so they can pet two dogs at the same time. That means I don't have to fight with my foster brother over pets and soggy, old cookies any more. There's even a whole cookie jar on the counter here! So I've decided to become buddies with my foster brother and we love to chase each other around the yard although my foster brother isn't a Retriever so he doesn't like to play ball like I do. I've recovered from my neuter surgery and need one more booster shot this week before I can find new parents. I went to the meet and greet on Saturday at the Chuck and Don's in Edina. The pictures below are from that event; you can see me begging for cookies in the photos. My foster parents thought my haircut was ridiculous so they re-groomed me how a Golden Doodle should look before the event. Everyone who meets and pets me says I have the nicest fur and marvels at how well behaved I am for 9 months! Please call your RAGOM placement advisor if you would like to meet me in person.
