Skye arrived on Friday, May 16. To say that we've fallen in love with this sweet girl is an understatement. She is currently snuggled on my lap and loves nothing more than being cuddled. Skye is a very gentle, laid back, smart puppy. Her golden retriever, lab and beagle mix are described as "Barks like a beagle, looks like a lab, and loves like a Golden!"
Potty training is off to a great start...I'm very well trained! When Skye came into RAGOM, she was underweight due to a bacterial infection. She is now feeling much better and gaining weight every day. Skye will be spayed on May 30. She is UTD, microchipped, and was vetted on May 15.
Skye enjoys playing with dogs her size, but not dogs much bigger than her unless they approach her gently. She doesn't like to be rough housed by dogs bigger than Alec, her brother. A laid back, larger dog would be fine. Given her gentle approach with other dogs, she may do fine with cats.

Skye, now Elly, has found an amazing home with love to last a lifetime. Upon meeting, Elly knew she had found her forever family; she poured on the charm with snuggles, puppy stunts, and a few puppy kisses thrown in for good measure. Although we miss her, we couldn't be happier for Elly and her wonderful family!
