Precious Tyler has been doing fantastic. He had two important surgeries on the same day: His neuter and his eye surgery. Both went really well, and he is healing up like a champ. Amazingly he isn’t even trying to get at either incision—go Tyler! (Notice that left eye in the picture—doesn’t he look good?)
The even more important news is that he found his forever family! I know it sounds cliché, but it really was love at first sight. He is a lucky boy as he is part of a pack with two other really nice dogs (a big one and a little one), and three human siblings who can’t seem to put him down. He won’t be wanting for attention!
He gets to go to work with mom and eventually be a therapy dog at the nursing home she works at. The family loves it that he is sweet and smart and fun and easy-going. It’s pretty easy to fall in love with that boy!
Please join me in wishing the family and Tyler the very, very best!

Please join me in welcoming one of RAGOM’s newest cuties: Tyler! He came to RAGOM from a breeder who could not sell him because he has one eye with entropion—a congenital condition where the eyelid is turned inward. Other than that one eye, he is about as perfect as they come!
Tyler is a 12-week-old Goldendoodle. He is up to date with his vaccinations and preventatives, and he’s scheduled for surgery next week where he’ll get his eyelid fixed and get neutered. Once he bounces back from that he’ll be ready for his new family. He’s a smaller pup, and I suspect he'll be about 55 – 60 pounds when he is full grown.
Tyler is fun-loving, super affectionate, and an excellent listener. He has the gentle disposition of a Golden Retriever, but the intelligence of a Poodle. He has very calm and centered energy—unless he is possessed by zoomies. Then look out!
He is a wonderful pup, and under the care of someone who will work with him and make sure there are lots of opportunities to develop social skills, he’ll make an incredible companion.
