Hi, Yukon followers. Yukon here this time.
First off, I would like to thank my new sponsor, Christy Cotroneo Williams, in memory of her beloved boys, Mr Chips, Andy and Linus. It is a great honor to be in memory of them. I'd also like to thank my RAGOM family for taking me back and all the love and support they are giving me again. I'm so glad and lucky to be a RAGOM dog.
Since my last update, My FD (foster dad) signed us up for a Meet & Greet in Edina. I lived in Edina with my 1st foster mom, Kay, a couple of years ago.
Going to a Meet & Greet meant that I need to look my best or better than I was looking, so FD started brushing me and cutting my hair. I was pretty good about letting him do that, but had a hard time holding still and laying on the right side. FD said I looked much better, but there is more to do. Then the part I really wasn't thrilled about. A bath. I kept trying to get out of the shower while FD was trying to wash and dry me. I was pretty dirty. After I dried off, I was very soft and smelled good. The shampoo that FD used is oatmeal-based and very gentle on the skin.
I enjoyed the hour drive to Edina and really loved the Meet and Greet. I got lots of lovin from all the people there. I got lots of compliments on how handsome I am. I got to hang out with lots of other RAGOM volunteers. Several of them told me they would love to take me home with them. There were several people that may be interested in adopting me. I had a great time there. I slept most of the way home.

In health matters, The growth on my eye continues to shrink with the application of the ointment twice a day. We are still only walking 2 1/2 miles in the morning and 1 mile in the evening. FD says that soon we will start increasing the distance in the morning. I really love my walks. The neighbor next door comes out some times and gives us treats! So now I pull to go up her driveway every time we go by.
I still get along with every dog and cat I have met. My foster brother, Chandler 14-292, is my best friend. We do everything together.

FD thought I should mention some of my needs for my new adoptive home. I think my most important need is someone around to let me out at least twice during the day. I haven't had any more pee accidents in the house since I slowed down on drinking so much water. FD hasn't really tested me to see how long I can hold it. I do go all night without a problem, but need to go out as soon as I get up. I need to continue my daily walks to stay in shape. High-quality senior food is best for me also. I like to get a bit of attention, petting, hugs and rubbing every day. As mentioned in the last update, another dog in the house would be best since I am deaf. I'm really a pretty easy dog to have around and love people of all ages.
Since I love Meet & Greets, we are signed up for another one on Saturday 4/25/15 at the Chuck and Don's pet food store in Elk River MN. We will be there from 11 AM to 1 PM. I hope to see you there. I'd love to meet you. There will be lots of other RAGOM dogs there including my FB, Chandler 14-292.
That's about all for now. Thanks for checking in on me.
