I’d like to introduce you to a precious puppy who is an absolute love-bug—Deanna! She is a quiet, affectionate, adventurous 7-week-old (DOB: 1/18/2017) Golden Mix puppy. Her mom is a smaller Golden mix—around 50 lbs, and dad is the best the neighborhood had to offer. (The surrendering owner said there are lots of Labs running around!) She came to RAGOM from rural North Dakota with her 3 siblings. She has her vet and spay appointments in a few days, and then she’ll be ready for her forever family! 

Deanna is the smallest of the four sisters but she makes up for that with her sweet personality! She is one of the first pups to seek me out for comfort and to be close, yet she frequently goes off to explore on her own. It seems she always has her nose to the ground picking up some scent. A perfect home for her would be with a quieter family, and one where there are lots of walks on trails so she can take in nature and all the smells and sounds. I took her out to go potty yesterday and birds were singing—she looked up in a tree to try to find them. It was adorable!  She is always ready to play and have fun with her sisters too. Deanna is a classic Retriever—nose to the ground, and she loves tennis balls and sticks!

Little sweetie Deanna (now Zella) has been adopted and is now home with her new family. She is in the best of hands, and. I know she is going to grow into being an incredible dog. Please join me in wishing the family and Zella the very best!  Yay, Zella!
