Not very happy with you, mom! Why did you have to wake me up!
I've changed a bit since adoption. My nose is actually pretty moist during the winter. I still have a lot of energy but take naps more often now that I'm getting older.

Lady is a wonderful house guest! She's 100% housebroken, sleeps quietly through the night, gets along with everyone, and is so much fun to have around. She doesn't bark, doesn't resource guard food or toys, and doesn't jump on people. However, she does like to dive-bomb residents Josie and Bailey from tall snow banks! Lady also loves a good snuggle.
Lady has been fine with free roam when we're gone for a couple of hours. I think she'd do fine with free roam for a full work day but with 3 dogs and a cat we think it best that everyone have their own space so we've been crating her while we're at work.
As you can see from the pictures Lady and Josie have become fast friends. When they're finished playing they nap within a paws reach of each other. Lady has orders from her vet to take it easy for a week due to her spay surgery, that could be a challenge with the way the two of them like to wrestle. The good news is her surgery went great, and as long as she leaves her incision alone she doesn't need a cone - YAY!!! Her nose is looking much better too!
We're still having fun trying to guess her mix - the staff at the vet office guessed Border Collie or Aussie. The vet said she wouldn't rule anything out!
Everyone who meets Lady has the same reaction - what a cute sweet dog!!! She's about as perfect as they come!
