Goldzilla Wine Pull Lead

Role Overview
The Wine Pull Lead and a team of 3 - 4 additional volunteers are responsible for sourcing wine donations and running the wine pull during Goldzilla, RAGOM's annual Fun Fair and Walk for Rescue (Sunday, September 8, 2019). Time Commitment: 15 - 30 hours per month April through July; 20 - 50 hours per month August and September.
Responsibilities
- Create letter used to solicit wine donations
- Solicit and source wine donations
- Notify Goldzilla website lead about donations to post
- Coordinate pickup and storage of wine
- Coordinate wrapping of wine bottles
- Set up and tear down wine pull area on event day
- Send thank-you emails or notes to all donors
Qualifications
- Ability to enter data into spreadsheets
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to personalize the request and show value to donors
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about motivating others
- Resourceful and creative thinking
- Responsive to inquiries
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience/skills a plus
