Goldzilla Wine Pull Lead

Role Overview

The Wine Pull Lead and a team of 3 - 4 additional volunteers are responsible for sourcing wine donations and running the wine pull during Goldzilla, RAGOM's annual Fun Fair and Walk for Rescue (Sunday, September 8, 2019). Time Commitment: 15 - 30 hours per month April through July; 20 - 50 hours per month August and September.

Responsibilities

  • Create letter used to solicit wine donations
  • Solicit and source wine donations
  • Notify Goldzilla website lead about donations to post
  • Coordinate pickup and storage of wine
  • Coordinate wrapping of wine bottles
  • Set up and tear down wine pull area on event day
  • Send thank-you emails or notes to all donors

Qualifications

  • Ability to enter data into spreadsheets
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to personalize the request and show value to donors
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about motivating others
  • Resourceful and creative thinking
  • Responsive to inquiries
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience/skills a plus
