Morgan 07-409

Meet Morgan.  She is an absolutely gorgeous 6 year old spayed female.  She has the softest most beautiful red fur I've ever seen.  She is a real sweetie.  She is perfectly house-trained but does not walk well on a leash.  We're working on that.  She loves to play ball and can hold two tennis balls in her mouth at once.  She's so talented!

Morgan went to the vet today.  She is now UTD on all her shots.  She has just started Heartguard and Frontline.  She weighs in at 77 lbs. which is just a couple of pounds over her perfect weight.  She was very cooperative at the vet, even for her microchip implant.  She got a lot of attention there because she is such a knockout, everyone was admiring her good looks. She's only been at our house one day but already fits right in.  She even tolerates our other foster dog, Max 07-371.  She did have to let him know who was boss ~ her.   She's great with children and loves our 8 year old daughter.   She gets along with cats and as I said before ~ tolerates other dogs.  More to come on this special girl as we get to know her.

All good things come to those who wait. I believe Morgan might have been waiting her entire life to find her perfect family.

Thank you, Jan P, for being that perfect family.

Are you looking for companionship? Loyalty? Love? Look no further! Morgan is YOUR girl!

I understand that she is 12 years old and you may shy away from a senior dog. But she has a clean bill of health and is very spry!! She could have many years left!! Please do not overlook the easiest foster we've ever had!

Morgan was adopted just 2 weeks ago, and is being lovingly surrendered back to RAGOM. The reason they are returning her is due to anxieties. I want to first and foremost say that Morgan did NOT have ONE anxiety while in our foster care. (Although we had no storms or fireworks while she was with us, and her adoptive family reported storm/fireworks anxiety) I do NOT want this to deter anyone from adopting this sweet girl. I can say in all honesty Morgan is the easiest foster we've ever had. Her recently family baby-gated her from the use of their stairs (for her safety) but Morgan loves her people and I think this made her upset. We are in a split-entry house, so Morgan has stairs to contend with. Being a velcro dog, she follows me everywhere. Eventually, she will stay on one level, because she knows I will come back.

Morgan is a 12 year old senior, but she is a very healthy girl.  Her CBC and Chem panel all came back normal.

She has been bounced around a lot this month, but she has been taking it all in stride. It is my wish for her to find a forever home. She deserves nothing but the best.

This picture was taken 10 minutes after arriving (back) to our house! She LOVES kids, and as you can tell, she's very relaxed!

It gives me GReat pleasure to make the following announcement! Miss Morgan has been adopted!

I have NEVER had such a quick adoption before! Not to mention our Morgan is 12 years old, and people tend to shy away from older dogs. But not the 'B' family! They knew a good dog when they saw one ;)

Morgan was with us for a little over a week. Just enough time for us to fall in love! But with every adoption, comes a happy ending. And the fullness my heart feels in knowing I helped Morgan find her furever family, is overwhelming. This foster Mom always sheds tears watching 'her' dog drive away...But judging from this picture, I'd say Morgan is pretty OK with everything! I'd like to say she's even thinking, "I'll be OK, foster Mom!!  And thank you for taking care of me ;) "

Congratulations Jen, Daniel and Zoey!  I pray you have many years with Morgan!
